Strapping and Taping
Strapping and Taping
Kinesiology tape can be used during rehabilitation for either supporting a limb or reducing swelling.
Due to the proprioceptive properties of kinesiology tape, usage for postural correction is common, especially for post-injury.

Taping can be used within the session, but a separate session will incur a £5 charge for application and a spare set of tape.

Low Level Laser Therapy
LLLLT uses focused beams of light at specific wavelengths to stimulate and re-energise damaged cells, triggering a series of biochemical reactions that promote regeneration at a cellular level and pain relief.

Initial session - 1 hour - £40
Follow up - 30 minutes - £30

What to expect from an inital consultation
Subjective Assessment
We begin with a medical history form to ensure there are no contraindications to treatment. This is followed by a detailed discussion about your injury, symptoms, and personal goals to guide your care.
Objective Assessment
We assess your range of motion (active and passive), perform strength tests, and, if needed, conduct special tests to identify the injury source. Palpation helps us detect muscle tightness or tenderness.
Treatment Plan
Based on your assessment, we will develop a personalised treatment plan, which may include:
-
Sports massage
-
Joint and spinal mobilisations
-
Mobilisations with movement
-
Stretching and mobility work
-
Strengthening exercises
As part of the treatment plan, you'll receive a tailored exercise program with specific reps and sets to support your recovery.
