Payment
Payment can either be cash on the day of the appointment, or alternatively, you can pay via electronic bank transfer 24 hours before the appointment.

Vet consent and why it is required?​
Vet consent is required to treat all animals as per the Veterinary Act 1966. The vet consent form is required to be completed before the first treatment. This can be found at the bottom of the equine and canine page.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.
Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% fee.

What to wear to the appointment?
We would advise you to wear leggings/joggers/shorts and a loose-fitting top. If requiring a leg assessment or massage, shorts are preferred.
